Emergency First Response (EFR) is an internationally recognized first aid and emergency procedures training system. This 1 day course will take participants through a series of emergency skills that could help a victim in a life threatening situation.
To gain the PADI OWSI rating you will also need to be a certified EFR Instructor or equivalent so we include EFR Instructor training in our IDC packages.
